How does the knowledge memory work?

We turn your documents, playbooks, client context, and decisions into a shared knowledge vault that you own. Your agents read the relevant knowledge before starting work, so they understand your business, voice, and approval rules. As your business changes, approved updates keep the memory current, giving each new session a foundation to build on.

Does this replace our team?

Who does the work?

Travis leads the Install and the ongoing work, with Claude and a production freelancer when video or editing is needed. The optional search program is delivered with NMG. You always know who is doing the work.

Your vault, custom skills, pipelines, and accounts stay with you. The business memory lives in your repository, and the skills use an open, portable format. If we part ways, you keep the installed system.

We already use ChatGPT or Claude. What changes?

How do you handle business data and approvals?
